    • 2teaspoons curry powder
    • 1-1/2teaspoons kosher salt
    • 1/2teaspoon ground black pepper
  •  
    • 2whole Cornish hens, each 1-1/2 to 2 pounds, giblets removed
    • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Glaze
    • 1/2cup fresh orange juice
    • 1/4cup orange marmalade
    • 2tablespoons Scotch whiskey
    • 1tablespoon cider vinegar
    • 1/2teaspoon kosher salt
