311 Superior

The 311 Superior condominiums are located on the top five floors of an 11-story new construction building adjacent to the Greysolon hotel. This all brick building is also home to a newly opened Sheraton Duluth Hotel occupying the remaining six floors. We put different units through out the condos.

Caribou Highlands Lodge is an all-season family resort in the Sawtooth Mountains in Lutsen, Minnesota. They are located on the Poplar River just a mile off Lake Superior's North Shore. We put in a 2 sided Heat & Glo see through fireplace, with a 36" viewing area.

Visit Comfort Suites Remodel

We placed 6 3-sided gas fireplaces in the new extension of the Comfort Suites in Canal Park. These fireplaces are Heat & Glo 3 sided units. They come with an eletric ember bed, and a 36" glass viewing area.
