Service starts at $105, plus parts if you need to have something replaced. We offer an annual 20 point Gas Fireplace Maintenance that includes the following:

1.  Check and adjust valve manifold pressure
2. Check, adjust and clean ventura
3. Inspect and clean burner
4. Check, adjust pilot flame and or electronic igniter
5. Check thermopile and thermocouple alignment
6. Check all millivolt connections
7. Check millivolt current
8. Check piezo igniter
9. Check log placement
10. Clean heat exchanger
11. Clean air intakes and exhaust cavities
12. Clean firebox and burn area
13. Replace ember material
14. Clean glass and check seal
15. Paint interior firebox if needed
16. Leak test gas connections at fireplace
17. Clean blower if applicable
18. Clean operating components
19. Test opetaiof of fireplace and accessories
20. Polish protective coating on trim
